We built this product for those run-and-gun filmers that utilize the DJI Ronin-S gimbal. To accomplish this, the mount needed to have these four elements:  the ability to quickly adjust the monitor angle, apply and remove without tools, have adapters for lights and microphone, and most importantly that it's all aluminum build is rock solid without worry that it will break or fall of the Ronin-S.

The key to this design was making it toolless so that the mount could be installed, adjusted, or removed with the use of a thumb screw. However, the initial setup will require the use of the supplied allen wrench to mount the base to the accessory port of the DJI Ronin-S gimbal in order to utilize the 1/4"-20 mounting screw. The two male pins on the mount align with two of the female ports around the circumference of the base to allow for a full range of positions and lock in place when the thumb screw is tightened.

On the opposite end of the mount is the thumbscrew for the monitor.  When tight, a slight counterclockwise rotation will allow you to easily rotate the monitor in any direction and lock it in place by twisting clockwise until tight. 

Lastly, three 1/4"-20 mounts dot the top of the mount for you to utilize your favorite accessories. With multiple locations, it allows for different orientations and use of different accessories to boost the production value of your next shoot.
